- Job Names
- Added process to remove "prohibited cahracters" entered into the Job Name field. Prohibited characters were causing improper generation of PDF attachments for emailed quotes.

- Corrected error which added a Product Line called "ALL" to the sales table which was a total of all other product line sales, thus doubling the sales amount in the Total Row at the bottom of the sales table.
Salesman Module

Company Module
- Quotes Tab
- Corected error displayed when trying to open Quotes Tab from records containg the company types Architect or Engineer. Error would prohibit display unless Quotes tab was first opened from another company type in same session of Company Module being opened.

- Corrected "Export to File" report erroring on selection of several fields. All fields now possible for selection. Also renamed several field headers on actual exported CSV file to more closely match the name of the field being exported.

- All Quotes
- Added Quote Number, and Recipient Name and Company, to header of all secondary pages of all versions of Quotes, to allow for better indentification of all pages of a quotation. All secondary pages now contain quote number, recipient name, recipient company, and job name in the header.
- Emailed Quotes
- Chnged name of genreated Email attachement to include, and start with, the Job Name. Previously the attachment was named by the Quote number only. Now the name format is [Job Name]_[Quote number].
Product Line Module

- Corrected error where no sales would display when selecting "ALL MFG" as the product line.
- Salesman Sales Tab
- Corrected error where no sales would display when selecting "ALL MFG" as the product line.
Quote Follow Up Module
- Quote Follow Up Table
- Corrected error where several fields were locked and unable to be updated either by selecting from the drop down menu or via manual entry.
- Printed Report
- Corrected formatting error which caused some printers to print all even numbered pages of a report as blanks due to record separator lines being slightly to long.

Company Module
- General
- Added all basic Company information to a header field so all fields are always displayed for all screens. This corrects the problem of not being able to see company information when opening a new company record.
- Added "Representative Account Number" field to the find window to allow customers to look up accounts by their own account number.
- Split "Updated" field into two separate fields. One for the updated Date/time, and one for the name of the user account which updated the record.
- Main Tab
- Added "Representative Account Number" to the Form. This allows the User Agency to add their own internal account number (as from an accounting program) to the Company record.
- Resolved the issue of Main Screen displaying incorrectly and hiding the Company information (See Company Module).
- People Tab
- Added "Extension" field to table. Allows users to quickly view the phone extension field for all people attached to the current company record.
- Account Info Tab
- New Tab added to the Company Module. Allows customer to enter the unique account number for each Product Line for the selected customer. Will have future enhancements to allow for company based multipliers and company based Quotations.
People Module
- General
- Added "Extension" field to the Find window. This allows the user to look up a person by their direct dial number or phone extension if necessary.
- Split "Updated" field into two separate fields. One for the updated Date/time, and one for the name of the user account which updated the record.
Quotes Module
- Quote Header
- Corrected Tab order for Quote Header entry. Tab order now follows top to bottom then left to right.
- Corrected "Hot Key" issues. All "ALT + Key" Hot Keys have now been corrected to work properly.
- Corrected "Lost To Manufacturer" field in the Item Summary window not linked correctly. This field is now linked to allow choice of any manufacturer entered either here or in the Cross Reference Module.
- Corrected "Refresh" button not completing a full form refresh under certain conditions. This now works as intended and completes a full refresh of the module under all tested conditions.
- Corrected "View" link on the Send To list not always opening proper People record. This now checks for the specific ID Key and uses this key to open the people record.
- Prior Approval Letters
- Added pop up window to choose between Architect and Engineer links when generating a Prior Approval Letter. Previously, all Prior Approval Letters were only addressed to the Engineer field record. Now if both fields are filled in, the user is presented with a choice dialog pop-up window. If only one is filled in, the Prior Approval letter is defaulted to the available link.
- Added "Category" field to the product line table on all Prior Approval letters. This allows the recipient to more quickly identify which specified product approval is being requested on.
- Corrected Email link at bottom of Prior Approval Letter not displaying as link. This now displays as a clickable link and auto inserts the current users e-mail address.
- Quote Line Items
- Split "Updated" field into two separate fields. One for the updated Date/time, and one for the name of the user account which updated the record.
- Added "Shift + F2 for Zoom window" Shortcut tag to top of line items table. This shortcut allows the user to open a Zoom Window for the field in the line items table in which the curser currently resides. Useful for modifying a description of a line item or when typing in a custom item and wishing to view the entire description at one time.
Setup Reference Files
- General
- Corrected issue of scroll bars for screen and table. The user now only needs to scroll within the displayed table and not also the screen
- List Type: Paperless
- Added the List Sub-Type: Misc Product Lines. This allows the user to add additional product lines, which are not available for selection in a Companies or Persons Product Line list, but which are available for use when filing documents within the paperless system.
- List Type: PL
- Removed from this section. Users may now set up both Price List Groups and Price List Series from within the respective module utilizing the "Add Record" button. Previously Group names needed to be set up in this list before populating in the Price List Groups Module.

- Corrected report generation problems for List Summary Reports for all List Types and List Sub-Types
- Company Info Tab
- Moved all items not related to General Company Information from this tab to the appropriate tab.
- Added ability to specify local dialing rules for faxes to include only seven numbers or all ten numbers as necessary for local calling by the agency location.
- Changed "WATTS Number" field tag to "Toll-Free number" tag to use modern terminology.
- Quote Header and Defaults Tab
- Moved "Price Protection" and "Freight Terms" default input fields from the Company Info Tab to this tab.
- Moved "Next Scan Quote" and "Next Phone Quote" fields from Company Info Tab to this tab.
- Added ability to select, via checkbox, whether or not Price List Dimensions are prefaced onto descriptions on printed quotes. Previously, all information entered into the dimensional data fields in the Price List Module were appended to the beginning of the item description on all printed/faxed/emailed version of a quote. Users can now choose to have this option (default) or not.
- Added ability to specify page orientation for generated quotes. Users may now choose between Portrait (default) and Landscape orientation for their outbound quotes.
- Added multiple new sort options. Allows customers to pick their desired sort option from one of the listed options:
- MFG -> Category -> Order: Groups all items alphanumerically first by Product Line Company Name (form the Product Line Module), then alphanumerically by category, then within a category by the order field.
- Category -> MFG -> Order: Groups all items alphanumerically first by Category, then within the category groups all items from a single manufacturer together and sorts the groups alphanumerically by Product Line Company Name (from the Product Line Module), and then within the Manufacturer group by the Order field.
- Order -> MFG -> Category: Groups all items alphanumerically first by Order Number; then if multiple items have the same order number, alphanumerically by Manufacturer; and finally if multiple items have the same order number and manufacturer, alphanumerically by category.
- Order -> Category -> MFG: Groups all items alphanumerically first by Order Number; then if multiple items have the same order number, alphanumerically by Category; and finally if multiple items have the same order number and category, alphanumerically by manufacturer.
- Added "S_Order" field to quote line items table. This field allows users to insert comments and items in the middle of Groups and Series additions. This field is auto-filled with the default Group or Series order when the Group or Series is added to the quote.
- Passwords Tab
- Added "Edit Passwords" button (with a master password). Allows users to hide all passwords for all portions of the program. Access to view or change passwords (in plain text) is controlled by this password (labeled Indepth Password in the password list).
- Changed Password Descriptions for better clarity. Password descriptions now more closely resemble the portion of the program they provide access too. Extended descriptions are now available as well.
Product Lines Module
- Line's Info Tab
- Re-Organized order of display fields to include new fields added to the Company Module.
- Added Representative Account number field.
- Added split Updated By / Updated Date fields
- Price List Tab
- Corrected problem with "Load Factor" field not displaying properly.
- Corrected problem of "SpecSheet" field not displaying properly.

- Now password protected utilizing the Commission Password. This prevents unauthorized users from looking at sensitive sales and commission data via the Invoices Tab.

- Corrected Auto Entry of data across all entries for the same quote. If the user updates certain fields (Architect, Engineer, Contractor, Salesman, etc from the Quote Form Header) which are relevant to all entries on the Quote Follow Up table, all other entries will automatically update with the same information. Previously all entries were treated independently.
- Corrected error of not properly displaying archived Quote Follow Up entries. Users can now archive a single Quote Follow Up entry, or if they archive an entire quote in the Quote Module, all entries on the Quote Follow Up table will be automatically archived.
- Corrected error of "Updated Date" and "Updated By" fields not filling in with updated information when changes are made to the selected entry.
- Added ability to choose whether or not "In House Comments" and "Purchasing Comments" are added to the Printed Quote Follow Up report. When selecting to print the report, users will now be prompted to answer yes or no to printing In House and Purchasing Comments on the report.
- Reorganized the printed Quote Follow Up report for easier reading and displaying of all added fields.
Paperless Module
- Changed the default sort query to speed up initial loading and displaying of the module.
- Corrected the issue of auto re-querying every time mouse over of tables. Users previously reported that if they moused over either table, it would resort. This resort has been removed from the program.
- Changed process for relating documents to a simple checkbox to relate process. Users can now relate documents regardless of product lines and regardless of document types. Only if there would be a circular loop created will a warning window be displayed and the relating not accomplished.
- Added ability to "un-relate" documents with a simple "Check to Un-Relate" checkbox.
- Added Password protection for individual paperless documents. Users can now choose to password protect individual paperless documents with a password of their choosing. Multiple password entry and a hint field are standard. InDepthRep Admins can unlock a protected document in case of emergency for a fee.
