- Price List Reports -

There are several different types of reports that can be run from the Price List Module. This will discuss how to access these reports and create them. Use of these reports is limited only by the users’ imagination, and the amount of information entered into the program.

  1. Price List Module Reports.

    1. Price List
      1. Generates a report for all items in the Price List Database.
        1. Generates the report based upon the current screen filter and sort criteria.
        2. We recommend running this report on a product line by product line basis for best results.
    2. Price List and Quotes
      1. Generates a report listing all currently active quotes for each item in the Price List database.
        1. Generates the report based upon the current screen filter and sort criteria.
        2. We recommend running this report for individual items or small groups of items for best results.
      2. Shows only currently active quotes. Does not show “Old Quotes”.
      3. Based on information contained in the “Quotes” Tab in the Price List Module for the current item.
      4. The order can be changed by field by following the steps below.
        1. Click on the Quotes Tab.
        2. Choose the field you wish to base the order on. (Ex: Job Name, Amount of Quote, Bid Date, etc.)
        3. Right Click on the header of the field.
        4. Choose “Sort Ascending” or “Sort Descending” as desired.
        5. Allows for easy follow-up for individual items that may be being discontinued or changed.
    3. Price List with Series Options
      1. Generates a report listing all Series Options for each item in the Price List database.
        1. Generates the report based upon the current screen filter and sort criteria.
        2. We recommend running this report for individual items or small groups of items for best results.
