1. Header Bar – The top tool bar of the InDepthRep Program.

2. Modules – The individual parts of the InDepthRep Program.

   1. The program contains nine different modules, all of which are color coded.

      1. Switchboard (Black)

      2. Company (Blue)

      3. People (Red)

      4. People Groups (Red)

      5. Price List (Light Blue)

      6. Price List Groups (Light Blue)

      7. Price List Series (Light Blue)

      8. Price List Cross Reference (Light Blue)

      9. Quotations (Yellow)

      10. Invoices (Green)

      11. Help (Special)

3. Tabs – The different forms contained within a module.

   1. As an example the Company Module contains the following Tabs:

4. Type Searchable List – A list that of items that can be searched using the keyboard. As the user enters the individual letters of the item they are searching for, the list will display the possible matches.

   1. As an example, if a user enters the letter “a”, all of the entries starting with “a” will appear, if the user then enters “l”, then all entries starting with “al” will be displayed, if the user then enters “l”, then all entries starting with “all” will be displayed. All type searchable lists are case insensitive within the program.

5. Drop Down Menu – A menu that can be selected by clicking on the small box with the downward pointing triangle in it. This will display selectable options for the specific field.

6. Checkbox – A box that can either be checked or not. Allows marking of specific items for approval.
