The Price List Groups module is used to add specified groups of items (assemblies) to a quote in the Quotations Module. It is best used for a list of dissimilar items that make up a commonly quoted assembly. (Ex: A water closet made up of a tank, bowl, seat, closet bolts, wax ring, stop and supply)

Price List Groups may contain items from multiple product lines.

1. To add items to a Price List Group

   1. Click the “Add Record” button.

   2. Enter a name for the group in the Group Name field.

   3. Enter a short description of the group in the Description field.

   4. Click in the PL Model Number field to open the Price List Find window.

   5. Select the Price List item to be added from the Find Window.

      1. If the item has options, you are able to select them and save them within the group before advancing to the Order field.

   6. Enter the order number for the new item. This sets the display order for all of the items in the group.

   7. Specify the quantity of the selected item to be included in the assembly.

   8. Select the base multiplier to be used for the selected item.

   9. Continue for each item to be added, until the group is completely populated.

2. To verify the items in a specified Price List Group.

   1. Click the “Find Price List Group” button.

   2. Select the desired group from the type searchable list.

   3. Review the items list for the specified Price List Group.

3. To add a Price List Group of items to a quote.

   1. Ensure the proper quote is open in the Quotations module.

   2. Click the “Find Price List Group” button.

   3. Select the desired group from the type searchable list.

   4. Click on the “Add to Quote” button or use the keyboard shortcut of “ALT-A”
