In today’s world, it doesn’t make sense to purchase computer hardware and end up with a
maintenance liability or a solution that requires constant monitoring and upgrading.

full time IT staff and budgeting for variable maintenance and upgrade costs.

them to budget more effectively, and to be exempt from “surprise” costs normally
associated with maintaining a local network.

Access to a full desktop from anywhere with a standard internet connection.

Instead of being tied to a single computer, you can now access your desktop
from anywhere that you have internet access. This means that when you travel,
you have full and easy access to all of those items you typically store on your
workstation without needing to access local networks via VPN connections which
some access points do not support.
Full access to InDepthRep program with no restriction for concurrent connections.
There are no restrictions to the number of concurrent connections when a company
opts for the full server pricing. Instead, connections are unlimited and allow all
users to connect at any time. No more managing connections between users.
Full access to All Microsoft Office Programs included at no extra charge.
All of the Microsoft Office Professional programs are pre-installed and fully
licensed on the user’s desktop and can be run without needing to keep up to date
on licenses for individual users. These products will be updated by InDepthRep as
new versions become available and are proven to work with the current InDepthRep
Program at no charge to the customer.
No cost to maintain equipment. All maintenance is responsibility of InDepthRep.
InDepthRep is the owner of the computer hardware, and will maintain all hardware
and provide for alternate server’s if downtime occurs due to hardware failure. All
costs to maintain and or replace any failed components are covered by InDepthRep
and are not passed onto the customer.
No cost to upgrade software. All software upgrades of Operating System,
and Microsoft Office Suites are covered by InDepthRep.
Because the computer hardware, operating systems, and Office software are
owned by InDepthRep, all licensing is paid for by InDepthRep. If newer versions
of any software owned by InDepthRep are required, the cost is covered by
InDepthRep and not required of the customer. With the current cycle of upgrades,
this alone can save several thousand dollars for the customer over the life of
the contract.
No Anti-Virus concerns. All Anti-virus programs are installed, maintained
and updated by InDepthRep.
Because we own and maintain the servers, we want them to work just as much
as our customers do. To prevent malicious attacks, we maintain the highest
level of security by employing enterprise level anti-virus for all servers.
This includes kernel level virus protection as well as application, web, and
email filtering for all desktop users.
Document storage online for easy retrieval and archiving.
In addition to the ability to store data inside the InDepthRep program via
the Paperless Office portion of the program, customers who choose the full desktop
solution also have the ability to store up to 30GB of other data, including email,
presentations, documents, and any other file type within either a shared directory
accessible by all user’s or within individual user’s profiles.
Full backups of entire server including documents and stored data.
No more worrying about whether data is safe if a failure occurs.
InDepthRep does nightly backups of all customer data to external sources.
These backups can also be forwarded to the customer once per quarter by
request for additional layers of backup security at no charge, or can be
requested at any time for a small fee.
Multi-homed internet connections prevent loss of connectivity.
The InDepthRep system is located in a world class data center with multiple
carrier internet connections. This means if a single carrier were to experience
trouble with their internet backbone, there are others to allow access from our
systems to the internet.
It also means if a customers internet connection at one location is malfunctioning,
it does not affect the ability of other locations to access data. No more
worrying that one office internet connection failure will take down your entire
company.
Includes 5 hours per month of tech support at no charge.
InDepthRep is not just a hosting provider, we also genuinely want our customers
to succeed in business. Therefore we will provide up to 5 hours per month of
free tech support for not only our products but also for general computer
related questions as well.
We want to be someone you can trust to provide clear, non-biased, experienced
information when you have questions about computers or computer peripherals.
Ability to install any software for use by any and all users.
(Software must run under a terminal services environment.)
When you have a dedicated server, you have the ability to install personalized
software needed by your company on that server. InDepthRep staff can recommend
solutions for a particular need, or give advice on a particular solutions
viability to be correctly installed onto the server and allow for proper operation.
Additional storage space for Paperless Office files for the InDepthRep Program
Standard user accounts allow for 5 Gigabytes of storage space for Paperless Office
files within the InDepthRep Program. Customers who opt for the full desktop
solution automatically receive 20 Gigabytes of storage space for the Paperless Office.
Additional space can still be purchased at the standard rate of $10/GB per month.
What does NOT come with an InDepthRep full server solution:
Illegally licensed software
We do not allow illegal software to be installed onto the InDepthRep servers.
Only properly licensed commercial or freeware software will be allowed to be installed.
Email Hosting is not provided.
Users can use either Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express (or other third
party applications if desired and installed) to access corporate email accounts.
We do NOT provide email hosting although we can recommend possible
hosts if needed.
Web Hosting services are not provided.
InDepthRep does not allow customers to host web pages on their dedicated servers.
All services required for the hosting of web pages will not be installed.
FTP hosting services are not provided.
InDepthRep does not allow customers to host FTP directories on their dedicated
servers.
All services required for the hosting of FTP directories will not be installed.
The Cost:
The cost of the InDepthRep Full Server plan is a monthly recurring fee
of $2000.00. This includes all access as noted above, and contracts are written for
a term of two years, with automatic renewal for a new two year term, at the end of the current contract
timeframe, unless notified in writing a minimum of 30 days in advance of contract
ending date.
There is also a one time fee of $1000.00 for initial client server setup and licensing.
