What comes with an InDepthRep Desktop connection?

The IndepthRep desktop connection allows a single user to remotely connect to the InDepthRep System and access a full featured computer desktop when connected. It allows access to all of the installed desktop features.

Each connection will allow access to the following:

  1. All portions of the InDepthRep Program, including Contact Management, Pricing, Quotations, Sales Analysis, and Paperless Office.

  2. Microsoft Office Professional Programs (Version 2003) including:

    1. Microsoft Word
    2. Microsoft Excel
    3. Microsoft PowerPoint
    4. Microsoft Access
    5. Microsoft Outlook
    6. Microsoft Publisher

  3. Microsoft Outlook Express

  4. Enterprise level Anti-Virus protection with real time scanning, and inbound / outbound e-mail scanning included.

  5. Each company will receive an initial 5GB of storage space for the Paperless Office portion of the InDepthRep program with their first monthly connection, with an additional 1GB of space for each additional monthly connection.

  6. Additional Paperless Office storage space may be purchased at the standard rates.

  7. 2 GB of Storage space for personal documents / email storage.

What does NOT come with an InDepthRep Desktop Connection?
  • Individualized programs.
    • A customer will not be allowed to install any additional programs to the InDepthRep servers. Only those program already installed will be able to be accessed.

  • Outlook Exchange services.
    • Individual users may configure their Outlook client to connect to corporate Exchange servers, however the Exchange server is not supplied by InDepthRep.

    How many connections do I need?

    Each user must have a dedicated connection to the InDepthRep system.

    Unlike the standard InDepthRep connections, no provision is made to have more users than purchased connections due to resources required to implement this type of connection.

    As an example, if you desire to have four possible InDepthRep Desktop users, you must purchase 4 connections / month. You may not have 4 users and only pay for 2 concurrent connection as possible with the InDepthRep standard connections.


    The Cost:

    The cost of the InDepthRep Desktop connection is a monthly recurring fee of $300.00 for the first connection, and $250.00 per additional connection. This includes all access as noted above, and contracts are written for a term of one year, with automatic renewal on a month to month basis, at the end of the current contract, unless notified in writing a minimum of 30 days in advance of contract ending date.

    There is also an initial one time fee of $600.00 for customer setup and licensing.
