Before entering any items, you must first set-up the Manufacturers’
in the Product Lines category from the Switchboard screen.

You can enter the standard item information here, including;
model number, alternate model number, manufacturer, item description,
dimensional data, and shipping data.

You must also specify pricing for the item here. Pricing can
include List Price, Net Price, and a list of multipliers from
the Product Line Screen or a multiplier of your choice.

It is also possible to enter URL’s for online specification
sheets and/or technical bulletins here as well.

If known, cross reference information for an item can be entered
in the Cross Reference table as well. Any information entered
here will cross populate to the Cross Reference Module as a
searchable item for easy use.

Series Options can also be entered here. Any items entered will
be shown on the quote screen for easy addition to the base item
on a per quote basis.
