Quotes:

When you click on the Quotes button in the NavBar, you will be taken to the Quotations Module and you will see the Quotation Form displayed.

1. Allows you to enter the basic job information including; Job Name, Job Location, Bid Date, Architect/Engineer, Film #, who generated the quote, and Territory the quote is in.
2. You can also list standard terms for price protection and freight in the Default set-up screens.
3. The program will give you and updated snapshot of the value of the quote if you enter both pricing and counts.
4. Allows you to annotate the quote with public and private comments.
5. Alllows you to enter a list of recipients for customized quote generation and track quote delivery date.
6. Gives you options to print / fax / e-mail quote to individual or all recipients.
7. Easy entry of items based on Price List Module.
8. Can Categorize by Spec # (ex. FD-1), and order assemblies.
9. Description can be free-form modified.
10. Calculates Cost from List or Net price, or can enter Own pricing. Also enter multipliers from drop down list or free-form enter them.
11. Keeps track of Quantities for total job value in Header Snapshot.
