What comes with a standard InDepthRep connection?
The IndepthRep standard connection allows a single user to remotely connect to the InDepthRep System and will automatically launch the InDepthRep Program when connected. It does not allow access to any other desktop features.
Each connection will allow access to all portions of the InDepthRep Program, including Contact Management, Pricing, Quotations, Sales Analysis, and Paperless Office.
Each company will receive an initial 5GB of storage space for the Paperless Office portion of the InDepthRep program with their first monthly connection, with an additional 1GB of space for each additional monthly connection.
Additional Paperless Office storage space may be purchased at the standard rates.
How many connections do I need?
Each company may have as many usernames and passwords as they desire, while at the same time, only paying for the total number of concurrent connections.
As an example, a company may desire to purchase 4 monthly connections, yet may have a total of 10 individual users.
If four users are currently online, and a fifth tries to connect, a message will appear telling the new user that no more licenses are currently available.
The Cost:
The cost of the InDepthRep standard connection is a monthly recurring fee
of $200.00 for the first connection and $125.00 per additional connection. This includes all access as noted above, and contracts are written for
a term of one year, with automatic renewal on a month to month basis, at the end of the current contract, unless notified in writing a minimum of 30 days in advance of contract
ending date.
There is also an initial one time fee of $600.00 for customer setup and licensing.
